Synopsis | Pushing Daisies Poll |
| Knowing that Chuck misses her former life, Ned sets up beehives on the rooftop for her. Another set up is in motion, now that Olive knows Chuck's real identity, and she ponders on how to expose Chuck ... until a carrier pigeon crashes into the window of The Pie Hole and is accidentally revived by Ned. In a bizarre chain of events, the group sees a crop duster plane crash into an apartment building. Emerson (being who he is) follows the ambulance in hopes of reward money. The handsome apartment owner, Conrad Fitch, catches Chuck in his arms when she trips on some debris, while Ned cringes back. He becomes overcome with jealousy after she stays behind to help Conrad clean up instead of going to the morgue, and can only watch as they continue to touch each other. Meanwhile, Olive takes the injured pigeon to Aunts Lily and Vivian, who find a note attached to its leg. After they fix its wing, it takes flight; but since the three women still have the note, they follow it in their car, momentarily forgetting their agoraphobia due to Chuck's homeopathic pies. After following a series of clues and events involving a prison escape, plane hijack, murder, faked identities and stolen jewels, all the characters converge at a windmill, where everyone's secrets about life and death could be exposed ... |
