• If your computer is extremely slow, Vizu might not work.

2. If you can not vote these may be the reasons:

• Your computer connection is unplugged.
• Your computer is slow.
• If it does still not work then contact Vizu.

3. if the pictures don't seem to be uploading these may be the reasons:

• Some Vizu polls don't have pictures! Not all of them have pictures.
